Singled Out for Security Check

So, on my way home I was singled out for one of those random security checks. It was just as I was about to board the plane, right after my boarding pass was scanned. As I’m walking onto the piece that connects to the plan, a female security officer points to me and says, “We’re doing a random Dr unity check. “. I was puzzled and said, “What?” The agent began giving me instructions like, “Put your bags up here. All of them.” “Open them up but don’t touch anything.” At first I was curious to see what would happen. Then I became a little bit annoyed. I mean, what could they be looking for? Last I was embarrassed and felt a little violated. Right at the door, I had to open my bag, with my under wear and everything in it. The agent directed me to watch as she checked my bag while rubbing it with a piece of paper. She then rubbed my hands with a piece of paper and checked it at a machine. Finally, when every single bag I was carrying was checked, I was allowed to put my stuff back together and board the plane. What an ordeal!
